Is there a way I can auto accept pop ups so that the simulation continues to run without pausing?

I am trying to run simulations(20 hr long) from ADAMS/view, however I see that the simulation is paused due to pop-up(related to liscence etc) which needs to be accepted.

First, export adm file and acf file and run from the command window instead. Then you can read in the results file periodically and animate and plot the progress of the simulation.
That might be enough to solve your problems.

Otherwise you can try to set the environment variable NO_LAPI_MESSAGES=1.
There might be other environment variables that will help.

But you don't run a 20h simulation interactive!
