Raw Vs Fitted Data

Hey all,

I have some data for bushings that i need to create a property file for

The Bushings have a strong hysteresis and therefor they have multiple forces for the same displacement value, will this be a problem or should i fit some data to extract only the moving average or moving median for example ?

If both ways are correct, then what would be better all in all considering also simulation time ?

thanks in advance !

You should use an xml-bushing file. That gives you many more options than the TO file format and a different bushing editor.
So modify a xml-bushing file from the shared cdb and then use the documentation to study the different options. It seems like the Hysteretic formulations should work well for you.
