I Want to find the clearance between road profile and vehicle body?

I Have Crg road profile and I need to measure clearance of 2000 markers on vehicle's body. Is there any chance of using Road subroutine?

    Yes there is.

The cosin CTI interface offers some API functions that could be used.
    Check out www.cosin.eu/.../cti.pdf
I guess my favorite would be something like ctiEvaluateRoadHeight
Note that "distance" is different from "road height z at coordinate (x,y)" and you'd still need an algorithm to calculate the min. distance to the road surface.
We have crated a software that uses this approach, but it's confidential.

Another one is to use the build-in clearance function.
If it doesn't accept the road, you can still let ADAMS create a road graphic, then export it as a wavefront/shell and re-import it under an own name.
After that it should work to create a clearance entity.
In the past that method was rather slow.

And I have another one that is not that obvious:
Create a road graphic as described above and use a sphere with a radius around the points. Then abuse a contact subroutine to calculate the distance if its smaller than the sphere radius. (contact stiffness would be zero in order to not create any forces)
Check the ADAMS installation dir for an example CNFSUB and check what the variable GAP stands for.

    The good news for you:
This method is already implemented in A/Car since version 2014.
You could use contact definitions for your points with a zero stiffness to indirectly measure the distance to the road in A/Car.
Check out item #6 on the new feature examples list from 2014:
    simcompanion.mscsoftware.com/.../index

And a last but most valuable hint:
If you want to determine where your underbody hits the road and need to rate whether that's acceptable, then don't focus on distance. At the end it's not distance, but impact force and penetration that counts.
