How to make this function: FUNC_GET_STEADY_STATE(analysis)?

I am trying to validate the FRF and I got one example in vibration help.
Here they made the function FUNC_GET_STEADY_STATE and they gave details as,
This function extracts the steady state value from the measure FUNCTION_MEA_DY. It is assumed that steady state has been reached at 3.5 seconds so it takes all the values of the measure corresponding to times equal or greater than 3.5 seconds. This function uses matrix indexing and expressions. You can think of it having the simplified form: FUNCTION_MEA_DY.Q.values[index at 3.5 seconds : index at end time].
I am not getting how to make this ? where can I get the details of this function? It is not available in analysis function.

There is no entry for FUNC_GET_STEADY_STATE in the ADAMS 2019.2 help. Not even GET_STEADY_STATE.
Neither there's any entry in any of the .h files in the installation directory.
And none of topdir/*/*/.so contains any trace of the above strings.

Conclusion: My ADAMS installation does not have a FUNC_GET_STEADY_STATE() function which yields to the suspicion that this is something that you have locally customized.

You can write this function as
    Name: MAX_STEADY_STATE
    Type: real
    Arguments: analysis
    MAX(analysis.FUNCTION_MEA_DY.Q.values[VALI(analysis.TIME,3.5) : MAXI(analysis.TIME)])
The VALI function returns the index at 3.5 second and the MAXI returns the last index as it applied to TIME that is increasing.
