How do I check SCA kernel connectivity?

I am trying to run a nonlinear model using Adams Max Flex. I am defining material properties with MATDIGI card. When I run the model, I get the following error message:

*** USER FATAL MESSAGE 7831 (SCA Service Loader)
   SCA SCA.MDSolver.Util.Digimat service initialization failed.
 *** USER FATAL MESSAGE 6488 (load_digimat_service)
UNABLE TO LOAD THE SERVICE THAT CORRESPONDS TO GROUP NAME MATERIAL ON THE MATDIGI BULK DATA ENTRY.
USER ACTION: CHECK THE CONNECT SERVICE ENTRY IN THE FMS THAT IS CALLED BY THE
MATDIGI BULK DATA ENTRY ID 1 AND GROUP NAME MATERIAL. EITHER THE SERVICE NAME IS INCORRECT OR
THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE SCA KERNEL. PLEASE SEE ABOVE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

I checked the bulk data entry ID which is 1. Now, my question is how to check the SCA kernel ?

    Hi,
This doesn't seem to be an issue on the Adams front but on the Digimat side as per the error. It will be good if you provide more information such as; if it does/doesn't work in another machine, what license are you using, op system + software releases...
    Cheers,
    Alexis

    Hi Alexis,

I have installed Adams 2022.2 and Digimat 2023.1 On a Windows machine.

I am using a license server which allows me to use all other MSC products. I can run my model in Adams if I don't include MATDIGI card in it.

I was able to successfully run a model in Nastran 2022.4 which included the same MATDIGI card. I was thinking maybe SOL400 included in my version of Adams is not compatible with Digimat.

    Regards,
    Hamed

    Hi Hani,
Digimat material model is not supported in Adam simulation. I must discuss with R&D to understand why the MATDIGI is available in this case.
    Regards,
    Bernard

    Hi Hani,
Can you tell me which tool you are using to generate your Adams model ?
    Thanks
    Regards,
    Bernard

    Hi Bernard,

I am using Adams view to run my model. I am using python scripting to generate the model. The flexible body is generated by a module called "pyNastran" and imported to the rest of the model.

    Thanks,
    Hamed
