Hallo, Is there a possibility to simulate a heat conduction within an external boundary wall by adding a constant heat conduction coefficient and the wall thickness in Wall Heat Transfer without modelling the wall as a solid.

The idea is to model the heat flow as -> convection the wall (calculated from the flow) -> heat conduction within the wall (without modelling the solid) - > convection to the outdoor environment by adding the constant convection coefficient and the outdoor temperature. I know this approach from CFD code I used before and wondering if there is this possibility also or if the approach is different.

Yes, scFLOW can simulate what you want to do using "contact heat transfer coefficient".
You can choose it at [Contact type] in [Wall heat transfer condition].
Why don't you specify the contact heat transfer coefficient as follow?
    Hc
    hc; contact heat transfer coefficient
λ; heat conduction coefficent of the solid
     L; thickness of the solid
ho; heat transfer coefficient of the outer flow
