April 15th Cradle CFD webinar: Validation of Unsteady Aerodynamic Effects with Experimental Data

David Welsh
David Welsh 6 months ago

If you are interested in CFD analysis of transonic store separation, or unsteady aerodynamic analysis in general, please consider attending the linked webinar.

This webinar will cover the following topics:

  • Introduces a CFD-based study of transonic payload separation, focusing on predicting the motion of a finned store released from a wing–pylon configuration.
  • Demonstrates how Cradle CFD was used to simulate the release event and shows close agreement with wind-tunnel and trajectory reference data.
  • Highlights the approach as a practical, lower-cost validation tool for store separation behavior prior to physical testing.

Apologies for the short notice: This webinar will be held tomorrow, April 15th, at 10:00 am (CET) / 9:00 am (GMT).
