Where to specify the unit system?

Hi ,

In my model, I am using a mass dynamics component from the new MD Mass Dynamics library in Easy5 2025.1.

I know I can specify which unit system that the MD library uses, but I don't know where to specify that. Can you tell me where to find this setting?

Components from the MD library can be configured to use either the Metric or Imperial unit system, just like the other application libraries GD, HC, VC, or ES. There is no specific setting for the desired unit system in the MD library. Rather, the MD library will use the unit system selected from the other library(ies) already present in the model.  For example, if there are HC library components in the model, and the FP(HC) component specifies the Metric unit system, then any MD library components will also use the Metric unit system.
