    「-lang en」を指定してMentatを起動すると英語メニューとなります。
    ●Linuxの場合
    例、mentat2017.1 -lang en
    ●Windowsの場合
    ・コマンドプロンプトから起動する場合
    例、C:\MSC.Software\Marc\2017.1.0\mentat2017\bin\mentat.bat -lang en
    ・アイコン、あるいはスタートメニューから起動する場合
    右クリックで表示された「プロパティ」の「リンク先」の最後に「-lang en」を追加
    例、C:\MSC.Software\Marc\2017.1.0\mentat2017\bin\mentat.bat -lang en
