(ごくわずかな)要素剛性を伴ったdeactivate機能が(昔のmarcのusermeetingで)あると聞いたのですが、どのようにすればいいですか。

metalcuttingやweld機能が追加になったころに入った機能だと思いますが…。
 
モデルの一部の要素をdeactivateして、変形や変位をした状態でactivateすると、deactivateしてる要素やその節点が移動してくれないため​、形状や要素がおかしくなってしまいます。
これを形状が壊れないように追従させたい。

    ご質問内容の機能は、溶接解析時のみ使用可能な機能です。
    下記の例題の溶接充填材(Weld Filler)の設定で初期ステータスを不活発(Quiet)と設定した場合に適用されます。
