How to resolve exit message "data error"?

I couldn't perform analysis in Marc-Mentat due to the error below. How can I overcome this issue?

I have never seen this error message before. It seems to be some issue with a geometric entity in your model that is being included in your Marc analysis. What kind of geometric entities do you have in your model? A quick fix may be to detach all elements from the geometric entities then delete the geometric entities.
