After the thermal elasto-plastic analysis is completed, I copy the result file and try to use the function to move the clamping to the end of the analyzed plate to clamp the plate, but the analysis does not converge and an error keeps popping up.

Hi, I can see, that you converted your bearings to clamps. Please define the clamp direction towards your components and not pointing towards your clamps.

I wanted to do tension, not compression, but what you said is not compression?

OK, that was not clear based on the first post. You have defined the clamps ans moving clamps, to pull the components? Please select glue contact for the contact betwen the clamps and the components in the contact table, to make sure the component surface is attached to the clamps.

Also make sure there is contact in the initial increment.

Oh, I misunderstood. The name is bearing, but in reality, clamping is used. I am trying to tension the welded plate on both sides using a moving clamp. I set the moving clamp, but it is not being pulled and an error keeps popping up.

Yes, I understand what you want to do. Please select glue contact for the contact betwen the clamps and the components in the contact table, and make sure there is contact in the first increment. If that doesn't help, please share your model with me by sending a mail to support@simufact.de. I can also provide you with an upload link.
