What’s new in Cadence®︎ Celsius™︎ Studio - #3

This 3-part series highlights new and enhanced features of Cadence® CelsiusTM Studio in the System Analysis 2024.1 release. The Sigrity and System Analysis (SIGRITY/SYSANLS) 2024.1 HF2 release is now available at Cadence Downloads. 

Power Auxiliary Variable

An auxiliary variable, Store Cell Power, has been added to Solution Control. When selected, two new plot types, Cell Power and Cell Power Density, are available to be plotted on a result plane.

Overlapping Power Sources

Celsius EC Solver now supports overlapping sources of power in Subcomponents, Solid Obstructions, and Heat Sources, allowing for a more accurate calculation of power distribution over these objects.
