How to build a graphite sheet model in EC (6sigmaET)

We use lots of graphite sheets in mobile devices to spread hot spot, as known as the material is thin (0.1mm), and the orthogonal thermal conductivity at different axis.

how to setup the model and grid control to perform the spreading effect and least grid numbers?

You can assign the required thickness to the solid obstructions and provide the grid constraint around the graphite sheets. Ensure that the grid size is smaller than the thickness of the sheets, to ensure accuracy.

    Which grid number is suggested?

the thickness is 0.1mm, the aspect ratio can be huge
