To speed up the simulation, you can split up a project into several smaller sub designs and simulate the sub designs. After solving all sub designs, Clarity 3D Layout stitches each result together to form a whole project solution result.  

An Example below: 

The Cut and Stitch feature in Clarity is utilized to split the differential pair into multiple cutting zones. This resulted in a smaller problem to solve with less memory requirements and less extraction time required. The run time was reduced from 9 hours 20 minutes to 4 hours 40 minutes.
