Opening a layout file in Clarity 3D Layout and Clarity 3D Workbench

Steps to load a layout file in Clarity 3D Layout

1. Use the File > Open menu or Load Layout File option to load a layout file.

    

2. Select a layout file and the layout will be displayed as shown below.

    

3. To use the layout file in Clarity 3D Workbench directly, save the loaded layout file so that it gets saved as .spd file. Then, select Tools > Launch Clarity3DWorkbench.

    

4. The layout will be displayed as shown below.

    

Steps to load a layout file in Clarity 3D Workbench

1. In a blank Clarity 3D Workbench window, select File > New. This creates a blank project.

2. Select Modeller > Import.

    Have you ever tried importing a design layout only with specific group of nets into Sigrity tools?

    Once your design is complete and ready for the simulations, you may want to import the design layout only with specific set of nets, instead of all the nets, into Clarity3D layout.
