Sigrity – Tip of the week: How to include Decap models in the SPICE circuit generated by Sigrity XtractIM tool

In Sigrity XtractIM tool, if you want to include your decoupling capacitor models for the simulations you can do it by enabling the option Include Decaps in SPICE circuit in ToolsàOptionsàEdit OptionsàOutput SPICE circuit

Once you run the simulation, No decap circuit nodes are listed in the final SPICE circuit as external nodes, but decap models are included in the SPICE model by internal circuit nodes.
