I am not able to update the Sigrity 21.10.500 using the download manager.

We have the licenses and all the previous hotfixes are installed and working? I am not sure what is going on? I just keep on getting this error again and again.

you may want to give a try with admin rights.

other way is you can down the media files from the downloads.cadence.com and install the same, ther must be 2 media files.
