Error with cadence sigrity - BroadbandSPICE - Application error

As image above, I got the error everytime I open it. Please give me any solution.

It is possible that the Installation is not successful or some of the files might have missed while you download and Install .. Also from the GUI it appears that you are using the older version of the software. Try installing the latest release!
