Ciarity PCB Extraction Suite issue 2024

Hi Cadence,

i'm Jason

I want to try use "Ciarity PCB Extraction Suite issue 2024" extracted PKG 

but always show error

below to 

1. E1699 Load w3d mesh data error

2. Internal error 58807 no intersection found between curves 

i dont know any idea how to kill it 

could you have any suggestion
