Email Notification of New Topic

When you create a new topic and have email notification of replies checked, you get notified of your topic creating post.

Shouldn't a notification for the first post in a topic be skipped since it is not a reply?

Also, in the email this line should be changed from:

1.     Visit the above URL and deselect 'Email me when someone replies...'

 to:

1.     Visit the above URL and click the 'Email Subscription Enabled' button

 Secondly, a notification of a reply is sent to the same account as the reply was made by. If you reply to a topic with notifications set, a notification should not be sent to you for your own reply.

    Acknowledging that user shouldn't get email notification on their original post, since it is not a reply.  Logging as a bug. 

    On the second issue, yes... OOTB function is to continue cc'ing the user on all posts, even tough this is redundant.  Also logging this in out bug list.

    These start up issues will be worked in order of severity.
