The two enhancement MOSFET devices (P and N) that come with the Pspice demo are power, how do I get regular MOSFets for electronics?

I'm trying to build an inverter, using these two devices. What are the parameters, Rs,Rd, Rds are these values I should be concerned with they were all initialize values but I never wanted the power MOSFET.
