License ERROR

I am getting license error while running cadence . When I am running
licence with lmgrd it gives following error

killed with "kill -9"
20:15:59 (lmgrd)       (which would leave the vendor daemon running).
20:15:59 (lmgrd) To correct this, do a "ps -ax | grep cdslmd"
20:15:59 (lmgrd)   (or equivalent "ps" command)
20:15:59 (lmgrd) and kill the "cdslmd" process.
20:15:59 (lmgrd)

Please help to fix this problem .
