Failure to get license in Cadence Virtuso

We've a multiple user cadence access.In two servers the daemons lmgrd and cdslmd are runnning and server is showing UP.bt,whenever we are trying to acess it from other user systems it is showing the ERROR:FAILURE TO GET LICENSE .

can anyone suggest anything
