Step By Step How to simulate SNDR using Cadence Spectre

Hi, I'm designing a pipelined ADC. As requirement for pipelined ADC, I have to calculate the ENOB(effective number of bit). To do that i need to get SNDR value. Please help to guide me on how to do SNDR simulation. Some info on my ADC. It use a 1.5bit stage. Bandwidth 44Mhz. I use sample hold method. The opamp I use is a Telescopic opamp with differential input and differential output. Btw : I'm using Cadende IC5141USR3 Thanks
