Library Manager launches with great delay

Cadence version: 6.1.3 After starting Virtuoso, I launch the library manager from the icfb window. It takes up to 5 minutes before the library manager opens. Most libraries are local. When I select 'Open' from the icfb-window, all libraries appear in the drop-down menu much without delay. This problem occurs for all users in our department. Thank you for your assistance.
