Error loading the Calibre skill interface

Every time anyone in our department boots up Cadence, a message box appears that says the Calibre skill interface could not be loaded. In the log, the following line is visible: % A skill error occured in trFDKPostInstallTrigger Can anyone help us with this problem? Thank you
