Quick Support suggestion

Hi,

i am suggest to have a quick support like having a one to one chat while we facing problem.

i suggesting this is because while i am designing something and facing a problem which i have no idea how the function or how to do it, i have to post my problem to the community forum and wait until the next day to re-check does anyone reply it.

This is wasting a lot of time and "stuck", and can't continue the deign, i have to leave my project there half way and wait until the next day and still have to depend does it have anyone reply in the forum. 

so i hope cadence can set up either a chating room which when we facing any problem in halfway the design, we can direct get support and solution from cadence support, so we can continue our design without any waiting.

    Actually it is not possible to have chat sessions because there are no full-time engineers looking after the forums. : )  We are all helping out on a part-time voluntary basis. The fast way to resolve a problem would be to send in a service request though http://support.cadence.com so that an engineer can assigned to assist you on the issue.
