Regarding Technical Blogging at Cadence

I am an avid reader of Cadence technical blog and wish to contribute back. What is the criteria for blog selection at Cadence blogging community? And how/whom to submit technical blog for publishing in Cadence Blogging Platform? It will be of a great help if moderator can throw some light on the process. Thanks Saunak
