Cadence Capture 16.3

Hi Sir,

I am having an trouble in cadence capture 16.3. In which when i start the capture tool it suddenly shows an message that  "Capture: This application has quit unexpectedly". and other than capture tool the PCB designer tools are working well.

Please get back to me as soon as possible.
