Hello, I want to ask how to allow showing European symbols only and deny showing American symbols. Because when i want place part and I write R in search line it search me first American symbol and I must write R2 to find European symbol of resistor. It is similar with capacitor and others components (parts).I am student and I am using OrCAD Capture CIS Lite 16.6. Thanks.
Make a library, or libraries, of just the parts that you want to use and don't configure any of the provided libraries in Place>Part, not having the "Discrete" configured should remove the "default" resistor from the list, for example.
