I am doing a differential driver circuit with active inductor.In that i need to calculate reflection factor S22 with load termination.To do that i am using 50 ohm resistor as termination load.Here output and input are differential .so how can i place inputs to each ports?.how can i able to analyse it in spectre.please help me
