ELC Error: Redefinition of the subckt

When I am executing step1 in ELC tool then error comes like," 

[ERROR(db_prepare)] spice syntax error: N_12_LLRVT : redefinition of the subckt [ file = /home/xxxx.scs, #line = 1614 ]
=> subckt n_12_llrvt d g s b inl=ne

on_error: Termination and Exit due to last command error.
"
I have checked it that subckt N_12_LLRVT is not defined second time in model file.
I nee help in this issue.
