Can't compile the PWMControl.sln (from PSpice C/C++ and SystemC)

I am trying to follow every step from the guide "PSpice Device and System Modelling in C/C++ and SystemC" and I cannot get  the PWMControl.sln to compile at the Visual Studio.  I get the following error 3 times:

"error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'systemc.h': 

What I am supposed to do?

    My estimation would be that you have not met the prerequisites. See page 6, and on, of the pspSysDsnC.pdf in the doc\pspSysDsnC directory of the installation.
