Cdence16.3 installing problem

While installing Cadence 16.3 .lic file is not generated and due to this the software doesn't get installed.

Please help me to solve this issue.

  • Installation of the software will not generate a lic file. You are sent a .txt file that contains all your licenses from either Cadence sales or the channel partner you bought the software from.
