Unable to access the OrCAD software in user login as the tool directly enters lite mode once opened

Hello,

I m using OrCAD software 17.2 version. There are two accounts on my system when I try opening tool in admin mode the software opens and works fine.

When i try to open the same tool in user mode(user login) the tool enters into lite and is not accessing the license. The OS on which the software installed is windows 7 professional.

Kindly help me resolve the issue
