I am trying to launch some tools and an error appears that states that Client newer than Vendor Daemon. the version for client is 11.16, and version of cdslmd and lmgrd is 11.15, how do I update them? is there any step by step solution?
the error code is ic_error LMF-02083

Anyway, the answer is the same as I made in another of your posts.
I would suggest you download the latest Lic+Config_Utils release (LCU) from http://downloads.cadence.com
