Finesim is not a Cadence simulator. If the simulator is not handling the vector file as you expect, that's really a question for Synopsys since it's their simulator. I suggest you would be better off asking Synopsys support or a forum on their site (I don't know if Finesim uses the same syntax as Spectre does for vector files).
