Changing my Email address and problem in signing to cadence support portal

Hello,

I have a problem in signing to my training dashboard from Cadence Support portal, It looks like I lost the access to the help center and I directed to the page as shown in the figure below:

Also I want to ask you how can I change my email but keeping my profile the same, I dont want want to loose my activity here but the email address currently I am using soon will not be valid for me 

  • Since this is nothing to do with Custom IC Design (and not really even the community), I have moved this to the Feedback, Suggestions and Questions forum instead.

    If when logged into support.cadence.com (which may not work) you can create a support case, do that. If not, go to the "Registration Help" page - https://registration.cadence.com/resource/COSHelpPages/Help/help_login_en_US.html - you can follow the link for "errors during login" and see if anything helps; if not, you can contact customer support via the contact email addresses you can access from the page that shows.
