SKILL program or a command file to identify the regions where metal layers extend into MOM capacitors

I would like to write a SKILL program or a command file to identify the regions where metal layers extend into MOM capacitors, in order to prevent any impact on the capacitance value of the MOM capacitors.

My initial idea is to first identify the layers of the MOM capacitors, and then use the ABE API to find the overlapping areas with the metal layers.
