GenAI-Powered ASK AI Assistant Now Live on Cadence ASK Portal

You might remember the blog about the GenAI Feature on Cadence ASK that we published a couple of months ago. Today, we would like to share some more exciting news as our enhanced AI Assistant is now live!

ASK AI Assistant uses advanced AI technology for better, contextual responses, and instant assistance. Let’s take a tour together to introduce you the new GenAI-Powered AI Assistant so that you can always experience seamless 24/7 support!

You will need an account to access some of the links below. If you don´t have an account, go to Registration Help and complete the requested information.

Go to Cadence ASK and log in with your credentials and click the icon at the bottom right.

Choose your product in the pull-down menu (let´s use Allegro X System Capture for our example) and click on “Submit.”

Type your query in the chat window at the bottom and submit.

You will see a collection of AI-generated answers and related document links, which may be of help to you in answering your query.

If not, please answer the “Was this helpful?” question by clicking on the “No” button, and you will get more proposals matching the keywords in your question.

If this is still not exactly what you are looking for, you can, amongst other possibilities, open a case using the “Create Support Case” option.

We are constantly working on improving this help module, so we would appreciate it if you could leave us some feedback when you leave the AI Assistant (click on the 'Exit' button).
