After we introduced the GenAI Feature on Cadence ASK (formerly Cadence Learning and Support), we have been working on other new features that we would now like to share with you.

You will need an account to access the links below; if you don´t have an account, go to Registration Help and complete the requested information.

Invite Friends and Colleagues to Join Cadence ASK

Go to Cadence ASK “My Support” - “My Account and Preferences” - “My Profile”

Go to

And click on the “Generate Referral Email” link. Enter the email address of the person you would like to invite into the “To” field, CC yourself, and click on “Submit.”

The respective person will receive a email with a registration link.

How Did We Do?

Support case survey enhancements on Cadence ASK. Your feedback about our support is very welcome. To make it even easier, we have redesigned the interface.

Go to Cadence ASK

Go to Cases > View Requests menu. Click on the case for which you want to give feedback. You should now see "feedback buttons" (thumbs up/down) in the top right corner of your screen.

You should now be able to enter additional verbatim feedback on the second page, depending on how you voted.

If you have some improvement proposals, you have the possibility to mark this in the tick boxes, add verbatim feedback.
