This is my first blog post and I am here to tell you about an exciting Virtuoso Visualization and Analysis XL feature, Tabular Graph.
Introduced in the IC6.1.8 ISR14/ICADVM20.1 ISR14 release, the Tabular Graph feature lets you plot your signals in tabular columns.
Earlier, you could right-click the selected signal and choose the Send To -> Table option for displaying comprehensive waveform data in tabular form. But Send To -> Table is a standalone option and is not well-integrated with other Virtuoso Visualization and Analysis features.
Now, with Tabular Graph, the table view for waveform data has improved. Tabular Graph fits into the new subwindow layout and can be shared with most of the Virtuoso Visualization and Analysis framework. Tabular Graphs offer a convenient way to analyze waveform data, especially for the S-parameter data.
Here is a visual snippet on how you can add a Tabular Graph in Virtuoso Visualization and Analysis XL.
You can also plot complex signals with phase and magnitude as columns along with other complex data attributes.
