CFD Student License installation error

Hello, 

I've been trying to get started with installing the cfd student software as instructed by the license file I received. Whenever I try to go to this website http://downloads.cadence.com i get a 403 error and Im not entirely sure how to solve this problem.

    I already have access to a virtual machine with Cadence.

    However, I am facing a memory issue, so I would like to download the software locally and run my tests on my personal computer.

    I am experiencing the same issue when trying to access the download page.

    Could you please assist me with this matter?
