Failure getting SUL "Too many machines..."

Hi,

I had an issue that MWO requested a restart every 10 minutes or so as it detected a license change. Now I get this error: "Failure getting SUL Too many machines attempting to connect with the
same account or access key. Please go to support@cadence.com for further assistance. (-24)"

I tried contacting the mentioned e-mail but they refuse support as it is a educational license which I use for teaching and student support. This issue is persistent and so I have no license for my lectures anymore. (Changed to ADS for now but this has some usability issues for the students as well).

The licensing solution from the original MWO time and also after it was acquired by NI was much better for universities. We now have regular issues in one lecture room with limited WiFi so we can not use that anymore for hands-on lectures with MWO. So please consider a modified educational licensing approach.

Best regards,

 Martin
