Always when I put my username and my password this appears on my screen.

    Hello JA202510023326, I believe you are using SUL. The SUL system does not support desktop virtual machines. I recommend that you file a case on the Cadence ASK portal to verify this, and also share the licensing logs on the case page. To obtain the log file, please refer to the following link:
