Simulating each Instances with assigned Temperature

hi all,

i have a doubt, and i am new to cadence,

I want to simulate an instance, diode, with a perticular temperature with out affecting the whole circuit.

I tried using 'trise' , but it seems to be not working............

cld any one pls help.......
