How to simulate a new transistor with HSPICE?

 Hi all,

I'm currently doing a project which required to simulate a new OTFT transistor. However, since the transistor is new, It can't be found in the existing analog library, and i have to key in the spice model file and simulate it myself.I'm new to cadence, so here I came out several problems:

1. I can't find any resources regarding TFT modeling(i heard that is something like level 64/65, but i can only found until level 50). i have the parameters, but don't know which level to use.Can anyone suggest me any reference book/ website which mentioned HSPICE modeling parameters/ equation for level 60 and above?

2.I don't know how to plug in a HSPICE .MOD file into cadence analog library. If there is no way to do in this way, can anyone suggest me the way that i can do simulation?(i just want to  simulate the HSPICE transistor model file in cadence).
