PIPO streamout fails...no log message, but some terminal output, anyone else?

Hi there everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone else is struggling with streamout in IC5141.  I have an admittedly large database that just fails to complete streamout.  On some occasions, it will complete, sometimes with a usable GDS, sometimes with a corrupt one.

The PIPO.log simply ends before writing the "Translating" line for my top level cell.  However, there is output in the UNIX terminal. listed below.  Thanks for looking it this fellow designers.  I did open a CR, but wanted to see if this was a common problem.
