MOS cap configurations and calculation

Dear all,

I need to use MOS cap in my ADC design<low cost>.

But it seems that it will be very difficult as it has nonlinear variation.

My points of interest are,

1. How can I get the capacitance of MOSCAP accurately?  < simulation and hand calculation> 

2.  MOSCAP Configurations with good linearity.

Please let me know about these points.
